How do I book a site survey?+
Call or WhatsApp 07983 267926, or send the enquiry form on this site. A site visit is usually arranged within a few days, and the written quotation follows the visit.
Are you fully insured?+
Yes — £5 million public liability insurance is held for every project.
Do you provide fixed-price quotations?+
Wherever possible, yes. For anything that can't be fully known until works begin, I set clear provisional sums so there are no surprises.
Do you handle planning permission and Building Regulations?+
Yes. Planning applications, lawful development certificates, structural engineer's calculations and Building Control notices are arranged as part of the project where they are needed.
How long will my project take?+
It depends on the scope. After the site visit you'll receive a realistic timeline as part of your written quotation.
Can I supply my own materials?+
Yes — you're welcome to supply as much or as little as you'd like. I'll be honest about what I'd recommend and where trade sourcing might save you money.
What guarantees do you provide?+
All workmanship is stood behind personally. Where manufacturer guarantees apply — for example on roofing materials or appliances — those documents are handed over on completion.
