Can you undertake complete renovations?+
Yes — full property renovations are a core part of the service, from strip-out through to final finishes.
Do you provide fixed-price quotations?+
Wherever possible, yes. For anything that can't be fully known until works begin, I set clear provisional sums so there are no surprises.
How long will my project take?+
It depends on the scope. After the site visit you'll receive a realistic timeline as part of your written quotation.
Can I supply my own materials?+
Yes — you're welcome to supply as much or as little as you'd like. I'll be honest about what I'd recommend and where trade sourcing might save you money.
What guarantees do you provide?+
All workmanship is stood behind personally. Where manufacturer guarantees apply — for example on roofing materials or appliances — those documents are handed over on completion.
