Underfloor Heating & Concrete Tile Finish

Underfloor heating installed over a prepared subfloor, self-levelled and finished in concrete-effect tiles.

A complete floor upgrade from subfloor preparation through underfloor heating installation and self-levelling compound to a precisely laid concrete-effect tiled finish. The heating pipework was clipped into castellated panels, pressure tested, then encapsulated in a flowing self-levelling compound to give an even, fast-responding floor before tiling.

Scope of work

  • Subfloor cleaned, primed and prepared
  • Castellated underfloor heating panels laid out and set
  • Heating pipework clipped in, pressure tested and connected
  • Self-levelling compound poured and worked to an even finish
  • Large-format concrete-effect tiles set out and laid with levelling clips
  • Grouting, sealing and final clean
